Today our group of 4 went around our school and filmed most of the shots we will be using in the film. For now, we are only missing the first shot and the last shot. The first shot will be of a close-up of a checkmark in the shape of a Nike logo. The last shot will be cut to black and show the Nike logo. We took this picture right after we finished filming the last shot of the day and it was my shot. In my shot, it started with me walking down the hallway seen in the picture. From there, someone off-screen rolled a volleyball to me. From there I pick it up and look around confused. At the end, it pans down as I am looking for who gave me the ball and zooms in on the Nike sneakers. The goal of this shot is to contrast the other shots which largely consisted of athletic activities. It contrasted the athletic shots by being a shot seen in the perspective of an everyday Nike wearer. In other parts of the commercial, I helped out in ways that didn't involve being in the actual shots. I

  The First shot:  (NIKE check on paper)   The first shot will be the statement piece of the commercial.  A “teacher” will be grading a test and write a check onto a paper.  The shot will start o ff  with  a  behind headshot  to see what the  teacher is  doing . She will lift her hand and quickly write a check onto the test. The camera will then zoom in onto the checkmark, this is what leads the story board to the next part.   The Second shot:  (Sean & Soccer)   The music starts here,  immediately  after the shot before. Our group is using the song “Eye of the Tiger ”.  The camera will zoom o ut on Sean’s cleat as he is kicking the soccer ball into the goal. T his will  cause a flow to the commercial . W e will  create a spin transition into Sean’s gray NIKE soccer shirt.   The Third shot:  ( Kaya & Volleyball)   Due to the  previous  shot ending in a Spinning Transition, the third shot will continue  the  transition  by spinning out of Kaya’s  Nike  shoes. Overview:   For our group commercial project, we are revolving arou nd NIKE clothing and sh oes.  When someone sees a NIKE  commercial,  they see athletes wearing their apparel and in use.  To  represent  this aspect of their commercials we have decided to wear some of their app are l. We will be wearing  NIKE  shoes like  sneakers  and sports cleats. We wi ll also wear their everyday attire like their shirts and shorts. We are even going to wear some of their exercise gear like headbands.  For the lighting ,  we will be using the natural sunlight that is out while we are filming. Because we  must  rely on the weather and natural  sunlight,  we will be watching the weather reports to find the best date and time to film. S ome of the  activities  we hope to do in our commer ci al are playing sports like socc e r or volleyball. We will also  attempt  to include activities like running and walking while in the NIKE attire. For our  commercial  the only make-up we will be using is hairstyl
