  This is my CCR and it took quite a while to film however, I am glad it is finally done.

This is my fully filmed and edited final task. It was really fun to work with everyone on this and I hope I can have the opportunity to do something like this again.

 I have finished the final task. My final task was to make the opening 2 minutes of a film. This task was very difficult. We had to learn new editing and filming techniques. One new thing we did was having to add in title cards. We also had to learn how to email people professionally to request access to their music. Luckily I had my groupmates. They were all very helpful. I also had my teachers. They guided us and taught us a lot of what we needed to know. The last person that really helped us was our friend Addison. While filming our groupmate Julie got sick. This means we needed someone who could play her character. Addison was nice enough to help us and act for us. This project overall was very fun and challenging. I have learned so much from this class. I put everything I learned into use during the making of this project. Figuring out how to edit in the music and the title screens was very new to us. It was also very difficult for us. After a couple tries and versions we were abl

Last time we added all the shots. We edited the shots as well last time. We cropped, zoomed, and cut them together. Now we get to finish the rest of the editing. We started with the fade in and fade out. We started by adding a black screen at the start. We then found a fade-in transition on iMovie. Then we added the same black screen. Again while searching iMovie we found a fade-out transition. After that, we added the title cards. This was one of the most difficult things to do while editing. We had to find blank spaces on every shot they were needed and sometimes there wouldn't be enough space for it. It was also difficult to make them pop out. Sometimes they blended too much into the background and so we would have to do slight changes throughout the editing process. We based our title card placements on where we originally put them in the storyboard. This meant in each scene on the storyboard that had a title card, we had to find room for it.  We have finished filming. This means we have all our shots collected. This includes singular shots and group shots. Now that everything is filmed we can edit. We started by putting all the shots into our editing software. We used iMovie to edit. We have used iMovie before. We used it for the last 2 projects. Because of this, we know how to work it. Once all our shots were in the iMovie we started editing them. We cropped them first. We started by making some shorter. We also made a couple longer. We did this by cutting off the end or making the shot slower so it takes longer. Another thing we did was crop it which changed the size of the video. In the editing process, we also cropped the size of it to make them smaller and more zoomed in. We also artificially zoomed in so you can see better. That is all the editing we have done so far. We still need to add the fade out of black and fade into black. We also need to add the music and the title cards.

 Our group has finished filming. That means we have all the shots we need to finish. The other day we edited all the clips together. That is the only real editing we have done so far. Now that we have a watchable movie I am going to show it to my dad. I am having him review it because he watches a lot of film and horror media so he will be a good judge. My dad also is very honest. This means he is a great person to ask. He will tell us any problems we have and how he thinks they should be fixed. Luckily my dad said the movie was very good. One critique he had was that the story was a little hard to understand. He said without any music or background sound some scenes looked, sounded, and felt a little off. He also felt that he wasn't sure what the movie was about. This is all good news because we plan to further edit it. We are already planning to add music. We are also going to edit the shots a little more to make them clearer. We are also going to edit them so their purpose is mo
