Scheduling Conflicts

Now that my group has figured out our music choices it is time to film. We started trying to work out an exact day to work on. This is when problems emerged for me and my groupmates. It turns out our schedules were conflicting. Many of the days I was free Julie was busy. When Julie was free Sean was busy. When Sean was free I was busy. The main problems were my schedule and Julie's. As we were working out the days to film my mom texts me. All of a sudden I am now going out of town for spring break. This meant most of our free days to film I would not be here to film. I leave the Tuesday of spring break and only get back Sunday before school is back. This does not give us a lot of time to film. Julie's problem was her distance from us. While I and Sean lived near each other Julie was a lot further away. This meant she could only film on weekends when her parents could drive her. This is because her dad has to go to work on weekdays so she has no ride. Sean had a problem with filming on the weekends. He had soccer games for most of the upcoming weekends. This meant he couldn't film. We are now trying to find an upcoming weekend that we are all free. One where I am in town, Julie has a ride, and Sean either has no soccer, can skip it, or has it later/earlier in the day so we can film around it. These next few days I will finalize my schedule with the other 2 and we will film.
